At the meeting, it was noted that the decades-long friendly relations between Serbia and Egypt have experienced a substantial rise in recent years, as evidenced by the intensive political dialogue, including at the highest level.

The interlocutors also agreed on the strategic character of mutual ties, based on shared understanding and support, while also discussing opportunities for the further enhancement of cooperation in all areas.

They also exchanged views on current regional developments and international issues of mutual interest.
