Serbia and Tajikistan, as traditional friends, to work on improving economic cooperation

Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Nikola Selaković, met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, Muzaffar Mahmurod Huseinzoda.
Selaković stated that the relations between the two countries are traditionally friendly and that there is a lot of space for the improvement of mutually beneficial economic cooperation.
The head of Serbian diplomacy thanked for the principled support that Tajikistan provides our country regarding the issue of Kosovo and Metohija and expressed the expectation that this support will be visible in international organizations as well.
According to Minister Selaković, the two countries should also continue to strengthen the contractual and legal bases of cooperation.
Selaković also expressed hope that in the next period he will have the opportunity to visit this friendly country.
