Selaković congratulated the new French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs

Minister Selaković said he was convinced that Serbia and France, two countries with unbreakable historical ties and presently strategic partners, would continue to promote traditionally close relations and cooperation in the spirit of mutual understanding and in accordance with European values. “Serbia is sincerely committed to further improving and strengthening overall bilateral relations with France,” the Minister said and thanked for France's continued support for Serbia's reform process on the path to achieving its priority objective ― full membership in the European Union.

“I assure you that the Republic of Serbia is strongly committed to nurturing European values ​​and preserving peace and stability in the region through dialogue, in which, I am convinced, Serbia will continue to have full support of your country,” Minister Selaković said, expressing hope that he would have the opportunity to meet with the new French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs in the coming period.
