Selakovic and Çavuşoğlu discuss the realization of the third Serbia-Turkey High-Level Cooperation Council
Selakovic pointed out that Serbia attached great importance to the work of the High-Level Cooperation Council, and that it was interested in signing as many agreements as possible during the upcoming session.
Minister Selakovic emphasized that the activity of the High-Level Cooperation Council had strengthened the partnership between Serbia and Turkey, which was evident following its second session, held during the visit by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to Serbia in October 2019.
In the conversation, the Head of Serbian diplomacy referred to the achieved level of bilateral relations between Serbia and Turkey, stating that they were at the highest level in recent history, to which the exceptional personal and professional relations between Presidents Vucic and Erdoğan made a significant contribution.
Selakovic and Çavuşoğlu also discussed the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Serbian Foreign Minister shared the stance that the political crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina could only be resolved through dialogue, in line with the Dayton Accords, and that any attempt to unilaterally impose a solution had never brought anything good.
