Minister Selakovic congratulated Eid al-Fitr to believers of the Islamic faith

On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Nikola Selakovic extended congratulations to Reis-ul-ulema of the Islamic Community of Serbia Sead Nasufovic, to President of the Meshihat of the Islamic Community in Serbia Mufti Mevlud Dudic and all believers of the Islamic faith.

The Serbian Foreign Minister pointed out in his congratulations that the holidays are accompanied by the spirit of understanding, unity, tolerance and peace in our society.

In the congratulatory message to Sead Nasufovic, Minister Selakovic wished that the festive days of Eid al-Fitr illuminate the path of mercy, repentance and forgiveness and inspire respect for the universal values ​​of human virtue, while strengthening the faith in progress and happy future of our society.

“May the celebration of the end of the holy month of Ramadan be an opportunity to remember, amongst our loved ones, the everlasting values ​​of Islam embodied in forgiveness, solidarity, tolerance and mutual respect, filled with joy and harmony", Minister Selakovic stated in his congratulatory message to Mevlud Dudic.
