Minister Dacic presents diplomatic passports to members of the Serbian national shooting team

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic handed over diplomatic passports today to renowned members of the Serbian national shooting team, Damir Mikec and Zorana Arunovic.

In a cordial conversation with our successful athletes, Minister Dacic pointed out that granting diplomatic passports was the least that the state of Serbia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs could do for them, compared to what they had done for our country and people.

The Serbian Foreign Minister wished the Serbian national team members Damir Mikec and Zorana Arunovic to win as many medals as possible for Serbia while holding these passports and noted that we were proud of them and their achievements in sport.

Damir Mikec, the Tokyo 2020 Olympic silver medallist, multiple world and European champion and Zorana Arunovic, multiple world and European champion, world record holder, an Olympian, qualified for Paris 2024 Summer Olympics, added another silver medal to their trophy collection at the Baku World Cup held in May, in the air pistol mixed team competition.
