Minister Dačić meets with High Representative Josep Borrell in the margins of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Lodz

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dačić met today with High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission Josep Borrell in the margins of the OSCE Ministerial Council in the city of Lodz, Poland.

Minister Dačić said that EU membership remained Serbia's strategic goal and one of its main foreign policy priorities. He also emphasised that Serbia remained fully committed to the reform process and improvement of all spheres of its society.

The current state of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina was discussed, and it was agreed that all efforts should be made to continue the dialogue, as it was the only true way to resolve any outstanding issues and reach a sustainable agreement.

Minister Dačić stressed that Serbia was striving to improve the regional cooperation, which was directly helping build mutual trust, contributing to the reconciliation process and stimulating the overall development on our path to a full EU membership.
