Minister Dačić meets with Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs Lipavský

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dačić met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Jan Lipavský in the margins of the OSCE Ministerial Council in the city of Lodz, Poland.

Minister Dačić stated that deepening of the overall cooperation between the two countries and continuing the dialogue on all levels was a priority for Serbia. In the context of increasing the schedule of mutual visits, Minister Dačić and Minister Lipavský expressed their hope that President of the Czech Republic Miloš Zeman would soon pay an official visit to Belgrade.

Minister Dačić highlighted Serbia’s interest and readiness for deepening its economic cooperation with the Czech Republic and attracting Czech investment.

Regional matters and Serbia’s European integration were discussed. Minister Dačić said he expected the Czech Republic to support the process of reaching a permanent and sustainable solution in the matter of Kosovo and Metohija.
