Lecture by Kozarev to Participants of the Diplomatic Academy

Kozarev presented the key internal and external determinants of the international position of the Republic of Serbia, with particular reference to the country’s foreign policy priorities and the contemporary global challenges. He also drew attention to the current situation in Serbia’s southern province, highlighting the difficulties faced by the Serbian community and emphasizing the shared obligation to consistently advocate for the respect of international public law.

The Secretary General also underlined the importance of Expo 2027, noting that the event will further enhance Serbia’s international visibility, stimulate economic growth, and strengthen its position on the global stage.

During the discussion with the participants of the Diplomatic Academy, topics included the strengthening of traditional friendships, the balancing of foreign policy priorities, Serbia’s role as a factor of regional stability, and its positioning in the context of accelerated changes on the global stage.
