Gouillon celebrated the Day of the Serbian with students

Director of the Directorate for Cooperation with Diaspora and Serbs in the Region, Arnaud Guillon celebrated the Day of the Serbian Unity, Freedom and National Flag with students at the Student Town.

Many young students gathered at the plateau of the Student town to celebrate together with Guillon this day.

He firstly congratulated on this great holiday to everyone and reminded on the importance of this date for the Serbian history and Serbian people.

He emphasized that he was not a Serbi by birth but that being a Serb does not mean only living in Belgrade, Kragujevac… but exactly feeling like a Serb.

“Where great tensions are, at the south of our country, at Kosovo and Metohija, as well as in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and so on, for the Serbs the flag means freedom. They respect it and display it everywhere”, said Gouillon.

Students greeted Gouollon with great applause and after joint photos they discussed with him the importance of the celebration of this day and plans of the work of the Youth Office.
