Dačić: It is time to take the masks off
“Every day, we are living with the problem whether Mr Kurti will rekindle a conflict. Instead of normalisation, we see further escalation. We have come to the point when the masks must be removed - will Mr Kurti establish the CSM or not," said Mr Dačić.
He also stated that if Mr Kurti did not want to do that, then, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić’ words - that we had not agreed on anything - would hold true, but if he wanted to establish the CSM, then it should be looked at what would be the basis for their establishment.
"He illegally replaced the Management Team and is thinking about passing unilateral acts, and how to bring the mayors into the offices in the north, but Serbs will not let it happen," said the Serbian Minister.
As regards the upcoming Council of Europe summit, he reiterated that Serbia was deeply affected by the unprincipled decision of the Committee of Ministers to start the procedure for Kosovo's admission to that international organisation.
"In response to that, we have prepared an amendment to the Declaration, which talks about the territorial integrity of Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia, as well as of all other member countries, but Germany didn't like that either," Mr Dačić pointed out.
He added that instead of President Vučić, Ambassador of Serbia to that organisation, Aleksandra Đurović, would attend the Council of Europe Summit.
