Yaoundé: Ambassador Jevtić met with the Vice President of the National Assembly of Cameroon

Miroljub Jevtić, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, from which he also covers Cameroon on a non-residential basis, visited the National Assembly of Cameroon and met with its Vice President Hilarion Etong.
Vice President Etong was especially interested in the development of educational, scientific and technical cooperation, and underlined the programme of the Government of the Republic of Serbia “World in Serbia”, as an example of good practice.
He expressed satisfaction with the initiative of the President of SANU to organise a scientific conference dedicated to Africa, to be held in Belgrade. He believes that the proposal will attract the attention of African researchers from various scientific disciplines, and that they will gladly come to Belgrade to communicate the results of their research to the Serbian expert community.
