Kuwait: Vidaković talks with the Acting Assistant Minister for International Organisations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait

Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Kuwait Sanja Vidaković has met with Acting Assistant Minister for International Organisations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait Abdulaziz Saud AlJarallah to discuss cooperation between the two countries and mutual support in multilateral affairs.

Chargé d’Affaires Vidaković and Acting Assistant Minister AlJarallah concurred that the bilateral relations between Serbia and Kuwait were exceptional and had a positive impact on the success of the multilateral cooperation and communication. They focused their discussion on the Republic of Serbia’s candidacy for organising the Specialised EXPO 2027. Chargé d’Affaires Vidaković emphasised that the Republic of Serbia had been the host of a number of important international events for many years, gaining considerable experience which made it one of the most serious candidates for hosting the EXPO 2027.

Acting Assistant Minister AlJarallah concurred and stressed that the Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah was very pleased with his visit to Serbia and his separate meetings and talks with President Aleksandar Vučić, Prime Minister Ana Brnabić, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikola Selaković, in the margins of the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Non-Aligned Movement in Belgrade in October 2021.
