Dordrecht: Traditional RTS cross was held for children from the Serbian diaspora

A traditional RTS Cross country running organised by the Association “Serbian Youth Friendship” from Rotterdam was held in Dordrecht and dozens of children aged 4-14 took part in the cross, including children attending the Serbian Supplementary School in Rotterdam.

RTS cross was officially opened by Milan Vukas, President of the Association, while members of the Serbian community were greeted by Father Milan, representing the Serbian Orthodox Church and Ambassador Ksenija Milenković, who also presented medals and diplomas to the best competitors.

RTS cross is of humanitarian character and this year's collected funds are intended for the athletic clubs “Atletik” and “Akademac” from Bijeljina, Republika Srpska.

In addition RTS cross organised by the mentioned Association and in cooperation with the organisation “Serbs for Serbs” and numerous sponsors, humanitarian actions “Three-pointer from the block” and “Basket from the block” basketball tournaments were held on 28 May 2022, which gathered more than a hundred members of the Serbian communities from Rotterdam and Dusseldorf. The mentioned tournament was attended by Ambassador Ksenija Milenković and Counsellor Branislav Grbić.
