ENTERING AND LEAVING THE COUNTRY
Citizens of the Republic of Serbia do not need a visa to travel to the Republic of Singapore, but the validity period of the travel document must be at least six months from the date of planned entry into the territory of the Republic of Singapore.
Three days before the planned arrival in the Republic of Singapore, it is mandatory to apply for an SG Arrival Card via the link: https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ or the mobile application "MyICA" and fill in personal information related to health protocols (this service is free of charge).
The SG Arrival Card is a health declaration ("white card") that is presented to the immigration authorities upon arrival and is necessary for travel to the Republic of Singapore.
The SG Arrival Card is delivered by the competent authorities electronically in PDF format or by email, and is linked to the so-called DE Number, which contains the passport number. Immigration authorities of the Republic of Singapore determine the length of the approved stay for each foreign citizen individually upon arrival by issuing the so-called Visit Pass (e-Pass). Starting from March 11th 2022, the Visit Pass (e-Pass), i.e. the notification about the length of the permitted stay in the Republic of Singapore is delivered electronically, and it is necessary to submit the correct email address when applying for the SG Arrival Card, which the traveler will be able to check in the Republic of Singapore.
The Visit Pass (e-Pass) contains the number of authorized days of stay, and clearly indicates the last date of the authorized stay in the Republic of Singapore.
