Jovanović confers with the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic

In a cordial atmosphere and open exchange, both sides expressed satisfaction with the prominent level and dynamic pace of relations and cooperation between Serbia and Slovakia in all areas, reaffirming their commitment to further enhancing them.

Particular emphasis was placed on the importance both countries attach to the respect for and preservation of international law, as well as on their readiness to continue excellent cooperation in international fora.

State Secretary Jovanović expressed her gratitude for Slovakia’s support to Serbia in the process of European integration, as well as for its understanding and principled support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country.

It was jointly assessed that the Slovak national minority in Serbia and the Serbian community in Slovakia represent an especially important bridge in fostering the traditionally friendly relations between our two countries and peoples.
