Đurić Meets with Armenian Foreign Minister Mirzoyan in Yerevan

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Marko Đurić met, on the sidelines of the “Yerevan Dialogue 2026” forum, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan.

Emphasizing that Serbia highly values its good relations with Armenia, Minister Đurić reaffirmed Serbia’s commitment to further developing cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

Minister Đurić recalled the positive momentum given to bilateral cooperation through the opening of the Embassy of Serbia in Yerevan and the Armenian office in Belgrade, as well as the introduction of a visa-free regime, which has created a solid foundation for further strengthening relations.

The Minister expressed gratitude for Armenia’s support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia and briefed his interlocutor on the current situation regarding Kosovo and Metohija, with particular reference to the conditions in which the Serbian population lives.

The interlocutors discussed possibilities for enhancing economic cooperation and agreed that there is a solid basis for increasing trade exchange, bearing in mind the advantages provided by Serbia’s Free Trade Agreement with the Eurasian Economic Union.

Minister Đurić expressed his expectation that investment cooperation in both directions would also continue to grow stronger.
